Register Your First Pet

If you would like to register your pet first with us, you can contact our friendly team on 01932 855856. If we're not open or if you'd rather not call, you are welcome to register your first pet using the form below.

If you are already a client of Weybridge Vets and you'd like to register an additional pet, then you may prefer to use our, shorter, 'Register an Additional Pet' form.

Once you have submitted the form, our team will get your pet registered at which point you can call our helpful reception team to book your pet's first appointment.
